I went for the 6pm MacR 10km run and then dinner. MX concluded that all my excessive complaints about work recently is simply because I am distracted. Sigh. It is not entirely untrue. Although, M who seems to be of a different breed of employee altogether, is still totally amazed how I can work till 11pm on weekdays.
Fine. Whatever it is, my conscience tells me the 530pm resolution will not get pass the 3rd day....

eee, 6PM go run.. gets dark quickly. somemore 10KM.. but not so bad since I assume the last stretch was along the main road?
