I figured out I am going to be the dullest person on planet earth ever if I continue spending excessive hours working. Yes. I was working working and working while I was away from blogosphere. How boring!
22 April 2008. My rekindled interest to run and bike consistently throughout the week. Come to think of it I am quite proud of myself: total distance of 150km bike and 60km run in 3 weeks. Of course this is insignificant as compared to the others I know. Well, as for swimming, still no thanks at the moment.
And the saga continues....

aiyoh, the weather had been so so hot..you will NEVER see LM running outdoors. :P
I agreed totally. I ve been working & working for these few yr that i m losing interest in most things. it is a scary & boring lifestyle.
