I have decided! I shall run at MacR every Wednesday evenings. Not sure what my boss have got to say though....
Ok, of course this is nothing compared to that Mon- 10km run, Tue- swim, Wed- 13 km run, Fri- 17km run, Sun- 60km bike and 17km run regime. Gosh! But well, at least I start somewhere towards the few-wanna-achieve-targets.
And yes, I ran today! But the irony is, the 15km run must had gone to waste after the very sinful satay-BBQ fish-fried chicken-hor fun late night dinner :(

And more tsk tsk! you should be eating just plain rice and steamed fish + fruits after these exercises.
